The Warehouse Order Picker plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment by moving, organizing, and preparing materials for shipment. This is an in-person warehouse role based in Tacoma, WA, with a full-time schedule of approximately 40-45 hours per week. The regular schedule runs Monday through Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with one week of training on a day shift from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The work takes place in a typical warehouse setting that involves standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners. The environment emphasizes organization, cleanliness, and safety, with clearly arranged racks, shelves, and bins to support efficient material handling and order picking. Appropriate work attire suitable for an active warehouse setting is expected, allowing for safe movement and use of equipment.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tacoma, WA.
The pay range for this position is $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
